Don’t look now, but the 2012 season for the Jets is quickly turning into a nightmare.
Sunday at home they were dominated by the Miami Dolphins, a team that at the beginning of the season wasn’t expected to be in the same league as the Jets. Not only did the Jets lose, they lost by a lot, falling by 21 points in an ugly 30-9 setback.
“To say I never saw this coming is an understatement,” Jets coach Rex Ryan said. “This one, no question, is a tough one to accept.”
Matt Moore came in for an injured Ryan Tannehill for Miami, and threw a touchdown pass to Anthony Fasano. It was the third straight victory for Miami, who improve to 4-3, while the Jets stumble to 3-5.
